These Terms of Service explain the basis on which ARCTIC DPM LIMITED provides its scheduled management consultancy services and how appointments, service delivery, cancellations and related matters are handled.
Straightforward terms for a straightforward service.
These Terms of Service apply to services arranged through the ARCTIC DPM LIMITED website. By requesting and arranging a consultancy service, the customer agrees to these Terms together with the specific service information shown on the website.

ARCTIC DPM LIMITED provides practical management consultancy services focused on day-to-day operations, internal processes, organisational responsibilities and performance management.
What we provide.
The current service range consists of six clearly defined face-to-face consultancy sessions:
What the consultancy is intended to do.
The consultancy is designed to help customers examine practical management and operational matters and develop useful next steps.
Depending on the selected service, discussions may cover:
- Current operational processes.
- Day-to-day management arrangements.
- Roles and responsibilities.
- Internal workflow and coordination.
- Practical performance measures.
- Priorities for operational improvement.
Arranging a consultation.
Services are provided by scheduled appointment. The agreed service, date, time and location will be confirmed before the consultation takes place.
A service appointment is considered arranged once the relevant appointment details have been confirmed.
Customers should provide accurate contact information so that appointment confirmations and relevant correspondence can be sent correctly.
How services are delivered.
The consultancy services covered by these Terms are face-to-face services. They are not physical products and no physical goods are supplied as part of the service.
The agreed consultation takes place at the confirmed appointment time and location.
Where written follow-up is included within the selected service, relevant notes, recommendations or an action plan may be provided after the consultation.
The service, date, time and relevant arrangements are confirmed.
The selected consultancy session is delivered within its stated duration.
Any included consultation notes, summary or action plan is prepared where applicable.
What we ask from customers.
To make the consultation useful, customers are responsible for providing information that is reasonably relevant to the selected service.
- Providing accurate information about the matter being reviewed.
- Arriving at the agreed location at the scheduled time.
- Providing information or documents that they are entitled to share.
- Informing us of relevant changes before the appointment.
- Reviewing any written information provided after the session.
Customers remain responsible for decisions made within their own organisation after receiving consultancy advice.
Accuracy and completeness.
Consultancy recommendations are developed from the information available during the relevant engagement.
Customers should therefore ensure that information supplied for discussion is sufficiently accurate and current for the purpose of the consultation.
ARCTIC DPM LIMITED is not responsible for consequences arising directly from material information that was inaccurate, incomplete or withheld where that information was reasonably relevant to the advice requested.
Recommendations and practical guidance.
Consultancy discussions may result in practical recommendations, observations, priorities or suggested actions.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these recommendations are advisory in nature. The customer remains responsible for deciding whether and how to implement them.
ARCTIC DPM LIMITED does not represent that a recommendation will produce a specific commercial, operational or financial outcome.
If an appointment needs to change.
Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting cancellation or a change to a scheduled consultation.
Requests received at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will normally be considered timely and may be rearranged where suitable availability exists.
Requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment may be treated as late cancellations.
Full details are set out in the separate Service Cancellation Policy.
Refund arrangements.
Where a refund applies, it will be handled in accordance with the separate Service Refund Policy.
A cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will normally qualify for a full refund where the service has not started.
Late cancellations, missed appointments and consultations that have already started may have a different refund position depending on the circumstances.
Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 5 working days. The time required for the amount to appear afterwards may depend on the relevant account or financial institution.
Personal information and confidentiality.
Information provided in connection with a consultancy service will be handled in accordance with the ARCTIC DPM LIMITED Privacy Policy.
Customers should only provide information that is relevant to the requested service and should ensure that they have appropriate authority to share information relating to other individuals or organisations.
Information discussed during a consultation will be treated with appropriate professional discretion, subject to legal obligations and circumstances where disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect rights, comply with law or address a legitimate legal requirement.
Materials and written outputs.
Any written notes, summaries, frameworks or action plans specifically prepared for a customer as part of an agreed consultancy service may be used by that customer for its own internal management and operational purposes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the underlying methods, general frameworks, professional knowledge, working practices and pre-existing materials used by ARCTIC DPM LIMITED remain the property of ARCTIC DPM LIMITED.
Customers must not reproduce or commercially redistribute proprietary materials as standalone materials without prior written permission.
What the service does not guarantee.
Management consultancy is intended to support informed decision-making. It does not guarantee a particular result.
ARCTIC DPM LIMITED does not guarantee that implementation of any recommendation will produce a particular level of revenue, cost reduction, productivity, efficiency, organisational performance or other business result.
The customer remains responsible for operational decisions, implementation and ongoing management after the consultation.
Reasonable limits of responsibility.
ARCTIC DPM LIMITED will provide the services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law requires to remain applicable.
Subject to those mandatory rights, ARCTIC DPM LIMITED is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions independently made by the customer after receiving consultancy information.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of protections provided by applicable consumer law.
Information published on the website.
We aim to keep service descriptions, prices, availability and other website information accurate and current.
Minor formatting, typographical or presentation errors may occasionally occur. Where an important error affects an agreed service, we will seek to clarify the position with the customer before proceeding.
Website content may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to our services or business arrangements.
Appropriate use of the service.
Customers must not use the website or consultancy service for unlawful purposes or provide information that they do not have a lawful right to share.
We may decline or end a consultation where continuing the service would be unlawful, inappropriate to the agreed service scope or reasonably likely to create a serious professional or operational conflict.
Where a service is ended by ARCTIC DPM LIMITED for such reasons, the applicable circumstances and any refund position will be reviewed fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
If something has not gone as expected.
Customers are encouraged to contact ARCTIC DPM LIMITED directly if they have concerns about a consultancy service, appointment or service output.
Please provide sufficient information for the matter to be identified and reviewed.
We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 3 working days and provide a substantive response within 10 working days where reasonably possible.
If additional time is required because the matter is complex, we will explain this and provide an expected response timeframe.
External websites and services.
The website may contain links or functionality provided by third parties. Such services operate under their own terms and privacy arrangements.
ARCTIC DPM LIMITED is not responsible for the independent operation or content of third-party websites that are outside our control.
Keeping the Terms current.
These Terms may be updated where necessary to reflect changes to the services, business arrangements, website operation or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable to an already arranged service will not normally be changed retrospectively in a way that materially disadvantages the customer, except where a change is required by law or otherwise agreed with the customer.
Customers should review the current version of these Terms when arranging a new service.
Applicable law.
These Terms and the services provided under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to the customer.
Where a customer has statutory rights under the law of their place of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded, those rights remain unaffected.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction where permitted by applicable law.
